Warsaw/ Wrocław based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day in the office/week)

As a Senior AI Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution focused on leveraging advanced artificial intelligence to transform banking services. The project involves designing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI solutions and large language model (LLM) applications to enhance data processing, decision-making, and customer interactions. You will contribute to developing intelligent agent-based systems that drive innovation and efficiency in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities: Design and develop advanced GenAI and LLM-based solutions for banking applications

• Implement agent-based systems to automate and optimize workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms
• Analyze model behavior and performance to improve reasoning and data processing
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance
• Continuously research and apply the latest AI technologies and trends

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Very good knowledge of generative AI and large language models, including their capabilities and applications
• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices
• Experience in building and deploying agent-based AI systems
• Proven experience in designing AI systems based on GenAI frameworks
• Ability to analyze complex AI model behaviors and optimize their performance
• High level of commitment and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Prior experience in the financial or banking sector is a plus
