Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer, you will work for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations.
The project focuses on designing and optimizing business processes and technical solutions that support the development and maintenance of key applications in a dynamic international environment. You will be responsible for creating design documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering solutions aligned with the Client’s architectural strategy, working within agile teams.

Your main responsibilities:Creating technical and functional designs for financial systems

• Collaborating with development teams, analysts, and IT architects
• Documenting requirements and solutions according to the Client’s standards
• Consulting design concepts with technical and business stakeholders
• Verifying solution consistency with corporate architecture
• Participating in project planning and estimation
• Supporting the development team during implementation
• Implementing design changes in response to business needs

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Have English proficiency at the C1 level
• Can create design documentation in complex system environments
• Have experience designing IT solutions for the financial or corporate sector
• Understand basic principles of IT system architecture
• Can effectively collaborate in an international project environment
• Are skilled in analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Possess strong communication and analytical skills
• Perform well in dynamic and complex projects
• Can independently lead design initiatives
• Are familiar with tools supporting the system design process

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Knowledge of financial market products
• Experience with JIRA tool
• Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation systems
• Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML)
• Experience designing integration systems
• Understanding of microservices architecture design principles
• Ability to conduct workshops with business stakeholders
• Experience working with distributed project teams
• Communicative level of Polish language skills
