As a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer, you will be working for our client, an industry leader committed to enhancing enterprise integration platforms' reliability and operational efficiency. You will contribute to building resilient infrastructure, streamlining deployment pipelines, and automating operational tasks to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enable digital transformation and safeguard system stability. Your main responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or comparable platforms to ensure safe and repeatable software and configuration releases.
• Automate configuration and operational workflows with Ansible and scripting in Bash, Python, or equivalent languages.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems, including services, storage, networking, and system logs.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and telemetry dashboards using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or AppDynamics to enhance visibility into platform health.
• Investigate service and platform issues through logs, metrics, and traces, communicating findings clearly and contributing to effective remediation.
• Identify operational risks and reduce manual efforts via automation, standardized procedures, and reusable tools.
• Support incident response activities, contribute to post-incident reviews, and maintain comprehensive operational documentation.
• Advocate for security-conscious operational practices, including vulnerability remediation and safe change management.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Prudent professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems administration, ideally with at least 5 years of relevant work.
• Proven expertise in designing and improving CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Jenkins.
• Strong experience with automation tools like Ansible and scripting in Bash or Python.
• Solid Linux administration skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk, Grafana, or AppDynamics.
• An analytical approach to incident diagnosis and communication.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with change, incident, or problem management processes.
• Knowledge of security best practices related to automation and platform operations.
• Basic understanding of system design principles including resilience and capacity planning.
• Experience with on-premises infrastructure automation or Windows administration.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English
• Good command of Polish
