Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer

Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office)

As a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global financial leader driving the modernization of digital platforms to improve scalability, performance, and security. You will be contributing to the design and development of full-stack solutions using .NET technologies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support cloud-native architecture and microservices-based applications. The client’s environment promotes agile practices and direct communication with business stakeholders, ensuring fast-paced development cycles and continuous improvement across secure and data-intensive systems.

Your main responsibilities: Developing backend services using C#, .NET, and .NET Core

• Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture
• Building responsive front-end components using Angular2+, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Supporting containerization efforts with Docker and Kubernetes
• Writing secure code following OWASP principles and guidelines
• Maintaining and optimizing SQL Server databases for data-heavy applications
• Collaborating in Scrum or Kanban teams through the full SDLC
• Participating in Windows Server maintenance and system support
• Engaging directly with business stakeholders to refine technical requirements
• Applying Domain Driven and Event Driven Design patterns in application development

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong experience in C# with deep understanding of object-oriented programming
• Proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, and microservices architecture
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API development and integration
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
• Familiarity with OWASP security practices in web application development
• Background in front-end development with Angular2+, HTML, and JavaScript
• Working experience with SQL Server and data-intensive applications
• Exposure to software development patterns and architecture concepts
• Ability to communicate fluently in English in international teams
• Comfort working directly with business stakeholders in technical discussions

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with DevOps tools or pipelines in CI/CD environments
• Exposure to Python projects or scripting for backend support
• Familiarity with Java in full-stack or backend environments
• Understanding of software testing and SDLC methodologies
• Background in working with modular monolith or distributed systems
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration
• Knowledge of cloud-native principles in enterprise architecture
• Experience with event streaming or message-driven systems
