As a Senior Resilience Risk Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading entity in the financial sector, focused on navigating the complex landscape of geopolitical threats and operational risks. Your expertise will support senior leadership by delivering critical insights, analysis, and contingency planning essential for safeguarding organizational stability and regulatory compliance. Your main responsibilities:

• Analyse complex infrastructure assets in the context of geopolitical risk and operational resilience.
• Prepare and deliver senior executive and board-level reports on operational risks.
• Support regulatory programme deliverables related to geopolitical compromise scenarios.
• Contribute to contingency planning and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Utilise existing organisational data points to identify and assess operational risks.
• Participate in occasional early calls with teams in Hong Kong.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a risk or operational resilience role within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical and deep thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven experience in senior/board-level reporting.
• Confident alignment with and enthusiasm for AI tools and technologies.
• Experience with geopolitical risk analysis and operational risk frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulatory environment.
• Availability to start with a notice period shorter than 3 months.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Background in banking or financial services regulatory programmes.
• Experience with Operational Resilience frameworks.
• Familiarity with infrastructure asset analysis methodologies.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English, with excellent command for professional communication.
