As a Senior HR Solutions Analyst – Business Process Optimization, you will be working for our client, one of the leading banks in Poland, focusing on enhancing internal HR processes through innovative solutions. You will play a crucial role in translating complex business needs into effective system processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless delivery across various teams. This is an ideal position for an experienced analyst eager to lead process improvements, challenge requirements, and deliver impactful results in a dynamic environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of business requirements for internal HR processes and services.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and system specifications.
- Analyze, design, and optimize HR-related business processes, identifying automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and other business units to define effective solutions.
- Create and maintain process models and functional documentation.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed solutions.
- Support the implementation and delivery of new HR services and process changes.
- Take ownership of complex analytical topics, coordinating efforts across stakeholders.
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and support user acceptance testing.
- Foster knowledge sharing and provide guidance to less experienced analysts.
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst, preferably in complex corporate or financial environments.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing business processes.
- Good understanding of BPMN and UML.
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and system requirements.
- Proven track record of working closely with both business and IT teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong command of English, sufficient to prepare technical and business documentation.
- Eligibility to work in Europe.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with Ferryt / FerrytFlow.
Language Required for the role:
- Polish (good command required)
- English (communicative proficiency)
