Senior Java Engineer

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be working for our client within the Path To Live Team, an innovative group focused on facilitating fast software delivery while adhering to regulatory controls.

Your main responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, integrating, and testing pipeline capabilities
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional Digital teams
• Introducing new technologies and advocating agile processes
• Providing both production and development support

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Java software engineer
• Proficiency in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience in UI development with Javascript frameworks
• Strong understanding of agile continuous delivery principles
• Proven track record in designing and implementing automation solutions
• Test-driven development expertise
• Familiarity with architectural and design patterns
• Troubleshooting skills and experience in agile, cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Git (particularly GitHub) and Maven
• Open, collaborative, outcome-focused, and adaptable personality traits

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Jenkins, Groovy, Nexus, and Splunk
