Senior .NET Developer

Develop and implement revolutionary security solutions for one of the most innovative banks in Poland!

Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/month in the office).

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading company in online banking, contributing to the security, authentication, authorization, and identity management of their banking platform. You will play a key role in designing and developing secure, high-performance applications while ensuring code quality and scalability. You will work in a small, agile team of developers and testers, focusing on long-term projects that enhance the client’s security infrastructure. Your expertise in .NET development, security best practices, and system architecture will be essential for the success of this role.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secure, high-performance applications using .NET technologies
• Design and implement authentication and authorization solutions in alignment with industry standards
• Optimize and improve the performance of multi-threaded applications
• Ensure security best practices are followed, including OWASP TOP10, OAuth, and OpenID
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define and refine project requirements
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices and quality standards
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to solution design
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Automate and streamline development and deployment processes
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance security and performance

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET development (10+ years is a plus)
• Strong understanding of security concepts, including OWASP TOP10, OAuth, and OpenID
• Experience with high-performance, scalable, and multi-threaded applications
• Solid knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and best practices
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
• Good understanding of code quality and optimization techniques
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Basic knowledge of React is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience with .NET Framework (up to 4.8.x)
• Knowledge of Jenkins, TeamCity, SonarQube
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Identity Server
• Exposure to SignalR, Kafka, and microservices
