As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading organization dedicated to streamlining enterprise processes through innovative system solutions. You will play a vital role in analyzing complex systems, translating business needs into technical specifications, and supporting agile project execution—empowering digital transformation and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive system analysis using UML, BPMN, and visual modeling techniques to design efficient and scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications to guide development teams.
• Prepare and maintain clear and comprehensive system documentation to support project continuity and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of system updates.
• Apply modeling techniques and tools like Enterprise Architect to visualize and optimize system architecture.
• Leverage Kafka and RabbitMQ to facilitate seamless messaging and integration across distributed systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline analysis processes and improve documentation standards.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) and experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Strong ability to transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with message broker technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices for collaborative project delivery.
• Good command of Polish language.
• Communicative proficiency in English.
• Eligibility to work in the European Union.
