As a Solution Architect, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial technology industry, dedicated to transforming digital mortgage processes through innovative solutions. Play a vital role in constructing and developing a new project, driving the future of digital banking.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-level architecture concepts for digital mortgage solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient systems.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure solution designs adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Foster innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into project solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Document architecture processes and ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Support the continuous improvement of existing IT infrastructure and solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Angular.
• Proven experience in designing application structures and business architecture.
• Solid understanding of IT product development methodologies.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage complex projects.
• Knowledge of BPMN tools is a plus.

Language required for the role:

• Polish (good command)
• English (communicative level)
