Senior System Analyst

Location: 100% remote work

As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. You will be involved in projects covering process analysis, system architecture design, and integration between business applications. Your role will also include close collaboration with IT teams and business users to deliver solutions that meet high-quality standards. You will be preparing system documentation in BPMN and UML notations, supporting users in working with systems, and occasionally participating in testing activities.

Your main responsibilities: Performing system analysis using BPMN and UML notations

• Creating system documentation with Enterprise Architect and Camunda
• Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Designing system structures and architectures
• Collaborating with IT and business teams in an Agile environment
• Defining and supporting integrations between systems
• Maintaining systems and supporting users in daily tasks
• Supporting implementation processes of new solutions
• Occasionally performing manual and acceptance testing
• Reporting progress and proposing solutions to identified issues

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 5 years of experience in system analysis
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML notations
• Experience with process modeling tools (Enterprise Architect, Camunda)
• Ability to design system structures and architectures
• Hands-on experience in application development and enhancement
• Knowledge of software implementation methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in Agile/SCRUM
• Independence and strong organizational skills in completing tasks
• Communication skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Knowledge of acceptance testing techniques and practices

It is strong plus if you have:

• Experience in implementation projects within large-scale environments
• Familiarity with testing tools and testing techniques
• Knowledge of IT product development methodologies and technologies
• Experience in projects related to financial products
