Senior Test Automation Developer

Drive Quality in Online Banking as a Senior Automation Tester!

Warsaw – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month).

As a Senior Test Automation Developer, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking. This role involves developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of complex banking software. You will collaborate closely with development teams, contribute to continuous integration processes, and improve test strategies to align with the company’s high standards for security and performance.

Your main responsibilities: Create, implement, and execute automated tests using Selenium

• Develop test documentation including scenarios, test cases, and reports
• Verify business and technical documentation
• Analyze and identify the root causes of defects
• Implement improvements in the quality assurance process

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in automated testing
• A degree in computer science or a related technical field
• Knowledge of Python for testing purposes (or other languages supporting Selenium)
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience in API testing
• Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Understanding of cloud computing and containerization
• Knowledge of software testing concepts (ISTQB certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
