Senior Tester

Drive Quality as a Senior Tester at one of the biggest Polish banks!

Łódź based opportunity with remote work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a Senior Tester, you will be working for our client, a leading company in the banking industry focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions across web, mobile, and backend platforms. Your role will involve both manual and automated testing to ensure the highest quality of software. You will define test scenarios, create test reports, manage test scripts, and share your expertise with the manual testing team.

Your main responsibilities: Perform automated and manual tests to identify software defects in web, mobile, and backend areas

• Define test scenarios for new and existing functionalities
• Create test reports
• Share knowledge with manual testers
• Manage, create, and maintain automation scripts
• Prepare test data and create mocks

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of basic programming in C# or F#
• Excellent understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) processes
• Experience managing test cases and scripts
• Familiarity with JS, CSS, and HTML
• Experience managing a testing team
• Proficiency in English, sufficient to read documentation
• Ability and willingness to work in a team
• Engagement, communication skills, openness
• Analytical thinking
