As a Service Governance Senior Specialist, you will be working for our Client, a global financial services organization. This role is part of a small team responsible for key service management functions within the Digital Business Automation (DigiBA) platform. You will review submitted changes, conduct post-incident reviews, and provide support for IT Service Ownership (ITSO) delegates. Additionally, you will be involved in governance and reporting on cyclic and vulnerability patching, ensuring compliance and performance against set standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide ITSO delegate support for approximately 60 services
• Track and manage problem records, ensuring timely resolution
• Review medium and high-impact change activities against standards
• Chair post-incident review meetings and follow up on action items
• Produce MI and reports demonstrating compliance with change, incident, and problem management standards
• Offer consultative support for service management and governance issues
• Govern Service Now groups, ensuring annual recertification and adherence to standards

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in a service management role and its associated disciplines
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong relationship management skills to build rapport across diverse IT and business communities
• Fluent English
• Experience working with global teams across different geographies and cultures

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Previous experience as an IT Service Ownership or delegate
• Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
