Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect in the Data & Workflow Tribe, you will be working for our client, a leader in finance, driving the implementation of Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and designing scalable, efficient workflows. You will play a key role in defining process automation strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and optimizing business operations. Working closely with development teams and stakeholders, you will establish best practices for process modeling, orchestration, and governance, contributing to a cutting-edge workflow ecosystem.

Your main responsibilities: Design and implement BPMS platforms and business process automation solutions

• Define best practices for business process modeling, orchestration, and execution (e.g., BPMN, DMN)
• Ensure integration of BPMS with enterprise applications, APIs, and event-driven systems
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to align workflow automation with strategic goals
• Architect scalable workflows with a focus on performance, maintainability, and traceability
• Develop governance frameworks for process execution, monitoring, and compliance
• Provide architectural guidance for process-aware applications and services
• Support Agile delivery teams in adopting workflow orchestration practices
• Document architectural decisions, integration patterns, and process standards
• Engage in innovation initiatives around digital process transformation

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Extensive experience designing and implementing BPMS and workflow automation
• Deep understanding of process modeling standards such as BPMN, DMN
• Proven expertise integrating BPMS with APIs, microservices, and event-driven platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration and process lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business and engineering teams
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security in workflow contexts
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
