Test Automation Developer

Drive Quality in Online Banking as an Automation Tester!

Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month).

As a Test Automation Developer, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, supporting the development and maintenance of automated testing processes for complex software systems. You will play a key role in ensuring software quality and collaborating with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to optimize testing environments and strategies. Your expertise in automation tools and programming will contribute to delivering secure and reliable financial services.

Your main responsibilities: Design and develop tools and processes to support test automation

• Support the installation and configuration of automation tools
• Create, maintain, and execute automated software tests
• Manage and maintain automated test scripts
• Analyze business requirements and select regression test scenarios
• Review and validate automation scripts and test documentation
• Maintain the test documentation repository and artifacts
• Monitor and optimize test automation processes
• Manage and maintain automated test environments
• Prepare test data and create stubs and mocks

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing and automation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C#, and familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Angular
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Protractor, Jenkins, TeamCity, SoapUI, IDE environments, JMeter, Git, and Bitbucket
• Understanding of user requirement analysis methodologies
• Familiarity with system design methodologies
• Knowledge of manual testing processes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate within teams
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders
• Experience in maintaining and optimizing test environments
