Test Coordinator

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As a Test Coordinator, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, overseeing testing strategies and plans. You’ll manage both business and IT teams conducting manual software tests, ensuring efficient test plans that cover diverse scenarios. Regular progress reporting and risk identification are crucial, along with implementing metrics for testing progress and product quality assessment.

Your main responsibilities: Develop testing strategies and update test plans

• Manage business and IT teams for manual software testing
• Coordinate the creation of effective test plans, considering various scenarios
• Report testing progress and identify potential risks and quality issues
• Implement measures to measure testing progress and evaluate testing and product quality
• Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and ensure a comprehensive testing process
• Introduce new testing methodologies/standards
• Communicate test schedules and IT system issues to relevant teams
• Monitor and report system quality based on project KPIs

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong experience in test coordination or similar roles
• Proficiency in developing and updating test strategies and plans
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and standards
• Proven problem-solving and risk management abilities
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
