Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 80% remotely

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be working for our client, a globally renowned organization leading the way in operational and technological transformation. In this role, you will contribute to designing innovative solutions for large-scale process improvements. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft user-centered designs that align with global brand standards and elevate the digital experience. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you’ll help ensure design consistency across applications while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Your main responsibilities: Ensuring high-quality designs that align with project goals and brand guidelines

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define and implement cohesive design strategies
  • Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and best practices for design consistency across platforms
  • Working iteratively on designs with a focus on rapid delivery in an agile environment
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Conducting UX design workshops with stakeholders to gather insights and align goals
  • Supporting development teams by providing design assets and guidance for implementation
  • Ensuring designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design requirements
  • Staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance processes and deliver innovative solutions
  • Ensuring adherence to digital design guidelines across multiple applications

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision
  • Strong skills in design thinking and user research
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating responsive designs
  • Excellent understanding of component-based design within a style guide context
  • Knowledge of UX development and accessibility considerations
  • The ability to conduct UX workshops with stakeholders to refine design requirements
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams
  • Experience in providing design support throughout development phases
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and their application at scale
  • An agile mindset with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience in the banking or retail sectors and digital transformation projects
  • Knowledge of CSS principles, including responsive implementation
  • Experience using Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA
