Ticket Dispatcher/Coordinator

Warsaw based opportunity with a possibility to work remotely up to 3 day a week 

As a Ticket Dispatcher/Coordinator, you will be working for our client, a global leader in delivering innovative solutions across the construction, industrial, and energy sectors. Based in Warsaw, Poland, this role offers a hybrid work model. You will primarily support the German market, handling ticket processing, engaging with users, and educating support staff on effective ticket management strategies.

Your main responsibilities: Process tickets efficiently and accurately for timely resolution

• Communicate effectively with users, gathering necessary information and providing updates on ticket status
• Educate support personnel on best practices for handling tickets and resolving issues promptly
• Support the German market with exceptional service and language proficiency in Polish, English, and German
• Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to manage and track tickets

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Polish, English, and German languages
• Familiarity with Windows systems, Android/iOS platforms, and basic network knowledge
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
