As a Senior CRM System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution dedicated to redefining corporate banking through innovative digital solutions. Your work will focus on building and optimizing a cutting-edge CRM platform to streamline processes from lead management to credit transaction closure, ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive CRM solutions aligned with banking industry requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable architecture using REST APIs.
• Integrate RabbitMQ messaging for reliable inter-system communication.
• Customize and optimize Salesforce CRM to enhance client engagement and workflows.
• Develop solutions utilizing AsyncAPI for asynchronous communication processes.
• Conduct architectural planning and propose innovative approaches to improve system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices throughout development.
• Provide technical guidance and support during deployment and maintenance phases.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM systems and banking domain projects.
• Advanced knowledge of REST technology and API design.
• Experience with RabbitMQ messaging infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM customization and integration.
• Familiarity with AsyncAPI or similar frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent communication skills in Polish; good level of English.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with business architecture and solution conceptualization.
• Additional certifications in cloud or CRM technologies.

Language Required for the role:
Polish (good command), English (communicative level).
