As an AI Transformation Manager, you will work for our Client – leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services to the life sciences industry. You will have the opportunity to help the organisation to transform processes, harnessing the potential of artificial intelligence in a strategic and effective way. We are looking for someone to fill a multi-faceted role with a combination of technical, business and leadership skills.

Your main responsibilities: Developing and implementing an artificial intelligence strategy, tailored to the organisation’s goals and needs

• Identifying areas where AI can add the most value
• Overseeing projects related to the implementation of artificial intelligence-based solutions
• Coordinating the activities of project teams and monitoring the progress of work
• Understanding business requirements and identifying opportunities to use AI to meet these requirements
• Collaborating with different areas of the business to identify areas of optimisation
• Selecting appropriate technologies, tools and platforms to meet artificial intelligence objectives
• Assessing available AI solutions and technology providers
• Identifying and innovating operational processes using artificial intelligence
• Continuous improvement of processes for implementing and maintaining AI solutions
• Educating employees on the potential and benefits of AI
• Introducing a culture of using AI-based solutions in all areas of the company
• Identifying potential risks and threats associated with AI projects
• Implementing risk management strategies and taking preventive action
• Tracking and analysing the results of implemented AI solutions
• Regular reporting on project progress and benefits achieved

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a role related to business, management and additionally transformation
• Knowledge of the main concepts, technologies and tools related to artificial intelligence
• Practical experience in implementing AI projects in an industry or organisation
• Knowledge of the organisation’s structure and business objectives
• Ability to analyse data, identify patterns and draw conclusions
• Tracking and understanding of the latest trends in artificial intelligence and digital technologies
• Possession of certifications in the area of artificial intelligence, project management or other relevant fields may be an added advantage
• Ability to make decisions, manage conflict and lead effectively in the transformation process
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication
• Fluent English
