Application Operation Engineer – Global Payment System

Łódź-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remotely

As an Application Operation Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading international commercial bank, operating across nearly 50 countries. The role revolves around the Global Payment System (GPS), where you will join an international team dedicated to developing, maintaining, and operating applications related to individual payment transactions.

Your main responsibilities: Understand applications, data flows, and business purposes

• Integrate new modules or changes
• Support installation instances across environments
• Ensure stable production operation
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix
• Basic knowledge of objective programming
• Experience in configuring online interfaces, connectivity, and networking
• Analytical skills and a high level of customer orientation
