As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, a prominent financial institution, known for its global presence and commitment to innovation. The project involves overseeing the implementation and support of IT applications, particularly focusing on a major intranet consolidation initiative to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the application and platform teams to manage application releases on Azure, such as 3rd party application installation/upgrade and CI/CD pipeline setup
• Composing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry standard tools and services
• Developing application deployment automation using recognized deployment and configuration tools
• Designing and executing continuous delivery pipelines for provisioning and operating client test and production environments
• Providing level-3 systems support, including responding to monitoring alerts
• Staying updated with Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and familiarity with various automation tools for developing digital pipelines on Microsoft Azure
• 4+ years of experience in Azure DevOps
• Experience setting up Azure DevOps and AppCenter, including related pipelines such as SonarCube integration
• Experience in managing essential administrative matters with Azure CST to ensure smooth operations
• Fluent English
• Ability to work independently and deliver high standards of work
• Experience using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) certification
• Proficiency in Scrum/Agile release management
• Experience working in a multinational environment
