As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution driving transformation in its Product Control function. Collaborating closely with Product Control line, Finance Change, and IT teams, you’ll ensure effective project delivery, issue resolution, and status communication.

Your main responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality project analysis and documentation aligned with the Change Framework
• Assess change requirements’ impact on day-to-day activities and document necessary changes for business adoption
• Lead Finance elements of system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Tests
• Liaise with Finance, Product Control, and IT teams to confirm requirements and ensure clear documentation with user sign-off
• Analyze, design, and test solutions to meet confirmed requirements, providing high-standard project documentation

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Prior experience in Global Banking and Markets within accounting verticals
• At least 2 years of project delivery experience
• Strong knowledge of Global Market Products and understanding of Project Lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Access
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Self-motivation, rapid learning capability, and a 'can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively to a team
• Relationship-building and influencing skills across various stakeholders

It is a strong plus if you have:

• A qualification in Project Lifecycle or relevant field
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Willingness and potential for increasing responsibilities within the project
• Strong documented working papers and analysis for testing and user training
