Business Analyst

This is a Luxembourg-based hybrid opportunity – 2 days from home per week.

As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client – a prominent banking sector entity in Luxembourg focused on enhancing its technical infrastructure. You will play a key role in deploying the Calypso solution for securities management and contributing to the overall business analysis for information systems.

Your main responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment and integration of the Calypso application within the banking group
• Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements
• Create and execute a comprehensive test strategy and plan
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs
• Facilitate Agile Scrum sessions to drive efficient project delivery
• Ensure documentation and tracking of progress and deliverables

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 6-10 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong expertise in business analysis within financial services or banking
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability to create functional specifications and test strategies
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Proficiency in French
