As a Business and Project Management Specialist, you will be working for our client, a global leader in cybersecurity, safeguarding customers and colleagues from cyber threats while facilitating secure business growth. Your role is pivotal, bridging strategic business objectives with project execution, necessitating adeptness in data analysis, presentation creation, and project oversight.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare complex data sets and presentations to facilitate decision-making
• Manage operational budgets and forecast resource needs
• Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring milestones are met
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with project goals
• Establish and standardize PMO processes for consistent project performance
• Provide detailed project reporting to stakeholders
• Assist in prioritizing project initiatives based on business needs
• Create compelling presentations for diverse audiences
• Utilize advanced data analysis tools for actionable insights

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Fluent English
• Experience in fast-paced corporate environments, adept at multitasking and adapting to change
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
• Strong understanding of quality over quantity in content creation
• Experience in providing materials to senior executives, boards, and regulators
• Proficiency in project management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office apps and Power BI

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience managing large stakeholder networks
• Proficiency in creative data visualization techniques
• Demonstrated creativity in presenting strategic information
