As a Business Data Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, specifically in the Control Tower team within Wholesale Service Management. Your role revolves around driving the digital data offering, analyzing KPIs/SLAs, and providing actionable insights to enhance client service.

Your main responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain alerting rules for client services
• Analyze existing alerts for insights and recurring patterns
• Create ad-hoc analyses and reports for emerging business needs
• Turn ad-hoc reports into reusable templates for self-serve access
• Collaborate with stakeholders to configure UI/UX changes
• Develop dashboards to address evolving business requirements
• Brainstorm new functionalities to enhance data tools

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in tuning and configuring alerting rules
• Proficiency in analyzing alerts and generating actionable insights
• Ability to create ad-hoc analyses and transform them into reusable reports
• Aptitude for configuring UI/UX changes and developing dashboards

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in Global Banking or Commercial Banking
• Background as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Experience in managing conflicting demands
