As a Business Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading IT organization dedicated to driving innovation and developing cutting-edge technology solutions. Your analytical skills and proficiency in data management will be crucial in preparing reports and engaging with senior stakeholders. This position demands a high level of accuracy and communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on supporting regional initiatives and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Your main responsibilities:
- Analyzing data and generating insightful reports to inform business decisions
- Utilizing advanced Excel functions to manage, analyze, and present data effectively
- Developing clear presentations to communicate data insights to senior stakeholders
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conveying complex information clearly in both written and verbal forms
- Driving the development of department initiatives and projects
- Collaborating with regional teams to support and enhance local initiatives
- Ensuring strong operational compliance across deparment
- Managing leadership communications and cascades as required
- Identifying and pursuing sustainable cost-saving opportunities
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Exceptional Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in workforce and vendor management
- Ability to develop and present clear and compelling data presentations
- Strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy in reporting
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders
- Understanding of workforce planning and execution
- Capability to drive regional engagement and support local initiatives
- Fluent English
- Experience in adhering to operational compliance standards
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in championing technology workforce strategy
- Background in supporting workforce transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with relevant tools and systems like Pioneer, Fieldglass, Clarity, and MyTRM
- Ability to build and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure adherence to annual HR timetable and drive execution of key HR activities across WPB such as role and capability management, training agenda, performance management
- Ensure excellent quality of workforce data and alignment of data across relevant tools and systems including Pioneer, Fieldglass, Clarity & MyTRM
- Minimize non-compliance (Pioneer, FG, MyTRM, Clarity)
- Ensure strong operational compliance across department
- Become trusted advisor to department on operational matters and build excellent relationship with Managers
