Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 80% remotely!

As a Business Process Analyst (IRR Programme), you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, on a new programme aimed at enhancing regulatory compliance processes. You’ll collaborate closely with the Project Manager and business teams to review and document business processes for various regulatory submissions and exercises. Expect exposure to senior management and diverse stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Determine standards required for regulatory process mapping
  • Assess and enhance process mapping completeness across multiple exercises
  • Document current processes and close any identified gaps
  • Transfer existing process maps onto the ARIS tool and create missing ones
  • Establish a policy for maintaining comprehensive process maps in ARIS
  • Collaborate with other workstreams to consolidate business process mapping efforts
  • Assist in user training preparation and execution
  • Support the Project Manager in risk identification and mitigation
  • Facilitate discussions with external vendors and service providers
  • Contribute to impact assessment and work effort assessments

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in business process analysis and documentation
  • Proven track record in documenting business process maps and controls
  • Familiarity with BPMN notation
  • Strong ability to engage stakeholders, lead process discussions, and document findings
  • Attention to details and capacity to work independently
  • Proficiency in communicating concepts, flows, and designs clearly and concisely

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Working knowledge of BPMN supporting tools (preferably ARIS)
  • Previous involvement in finance projects
  • Ability to collaborate with demanding business stakeholders
