Capital Markets Transaction Analyst – Securities Services

As a Transaction Capture Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading international bank committed to excellence in securities services. You will play a vital role in processing and validating a wide range of Capital Markets transactions, supporting global operations across diverse instruments including equities, bonds, FX, derivatives, and funds. Your main responsibilities:

• Process and validate Capital Markets transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with technical and market validation standards
• Collaborate with brokers, custodian banks, and transfer agents worldwide
• Resolve complex transaction discrepancies and escalations
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for audit purposes
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives
• Assist in monitoring market trends affecting transaction flows
• Contribute to a high-performing, client-focused team environment

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in transaction processing or financial services
• Good command of the English language (fluent level)
• Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Outlook and Excel
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments and capital markets
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Relevant certifications or additional financial qualifications
• Experience working with international clients in the financial sector

• English – Fluent level
