Become a key member of the Product Analytics Team in one of the largest Investment Banks!
Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work fully remotely!
As a Data Analyst, you will also work closely with the Product Manager on the wider, strategic roadmap in the domain of Product Analytics, and together with the Product Analyst, you will build long-term relationships with consumers – becoming their go-to person to discuss the impact of your product on their businesses. You will also provide detailed data-driven business information for one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, serving +40 million customers globally.
Your main responsibilities:
- Owning the product data
- Studying data to provide business insights
- Owning and managing the automated product data dashboards in AWS Quick Sight
- Being the go-to person for internal (within your own product team) and external stakeholders for any product analytics-related queries they may have
- Working closely with product managers and supplying them with feature requirements whenever you see an opportunity in the data collected by the organization
- Collaborating closely with the global analytics team, enabling you to monitor the impact of the product on the wider organization – e.g. how the launch of the identity verification platform, to a particular journey, contributed to the number of customers successfully opening an account
You’re ideal for the role if you have:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, where the data you’ve been managing contributed to successful product stories
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of:
- Looker, AWS QuickSight
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Confluence, JIRA
- Agile methodology
- Abilities of:
- Overwhelming customer obsession (while using the data to monitor the product performance and propose improvements, your recommendation must be customer-centric)
- Strong prioritization
- Statistical visualization
- Understanding how modern API-based products are built, and run and how different systems are integrated
- Profound SQL skills
- Comfortable presenting to wide groups of people across multiple seniority levels
- Comfortable being challenged by senior stakeholders on your recommendations and justifying your decisions
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Fluent Polish
