As an Delivery Lead, you will be working for our client, a leading global bank, within the Identity & Access Management Cybersecurity function. Your role encompasses overseeing various critical services and deliverables, including workforce recruitment, vendor management, and business continuity, all aimed at ensuring effective access-related activities for the bank’s electronic assets.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Governance Support to plan and execute deliverables in alignment with IAM strategic objectives
• Ensure timely visibility of deliverables requiring input from the IAM Leadership Team to maintain quality and avoid delays
• Manage the IAM workforce resource plan, overseeing hiring and on/off-boarding processes to ensure optimal resource utilization
• Maintain the IAM organizational design, optimizing resources across the team for efficiency
• Facilitate reporting, communication, and stakeholder management to provide meaningful insights into IAM progress
• Manage new business initiatives and internal/external requests, ensuring timely responses from the IAM Leadership Team
• Continuously improve IAM processes, addressing highlighted gaps across all IAM sub-functions
• Interface with the Cyber Security Secure Digital Identity program to support IAM-owned activities
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver team-building and collaboration activities to foster a teamwork-focused environment
• Track individual and team achievements, sharing positive outcomes with targeted IAM and global audiences
• Lead on the build of Snapshot Survey action plans
• OIC for the IAM Head of Governance Support

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, including managing resources in a matrix environment (5+ years of delivery experience)
• Proven understanding and application of data gathering and delivery methods
• Proven ability to manage complex organizations and teams of subject matter experts
• Proven planning abilities and knowledge of planning methods, including PMO planning
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand and meet the needs of multiple teams
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey complex technical issues clearly
• Ability to work at pace, think independently, and provide high-quality editorial input
• Experience facilitating and leading delivery planning, with knowledge of budgeting principles
• Hands-on resource management experience, interfacing across multiple teams to drive collaboration and achieve excellence
• Experience in IAM or Cybersecurity
• Programme/Project Management qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in an associated field
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Confluence for building content pages
• Recent Cybersecurity experience
