Delivery Support (IAM Governance Support)

As an Delivery Support, you will be working for our client, a leading global bank, within the Identity & Access Management Cybersecurity function. Your role revolves around ensuring effective access-related activities for the bank’s electronic assets. You will support a wide range of deliverables, including continuous improvement, non-compliance remediation reporting, and out-of-hours support resource planning.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the Head of Governance Support to ensure all planned deliverables are on track
• Engaging the Global IAM team via existing Employee Engagement channels
• Owning the Snapshot Survey action plans and tracking actions
• Supporting hiring processes, including on/off boarding, to ensure resource alignment
• Ensuring currency alignment of the IAM organizational design with personnel changes
• Supporting new business initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Assisting with the Cyber Security Secure Digital Identity program where IAM activities are identified
• Supporting team-building and collaboration activities through various engagement channels ( e.g. Townhalls, Newsletters, Exchange Sessions, Focus Groups, SWAT Team)
• Seeking clarity on individual and team achievements to communicate effectively

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in Delivery Support, including managing resources in a matrix environment (2+ years of delivery experience)
• Proficiency in data gathering in complex environments with challenging stakeholder demands
• Strong planning abilities and exposure to planning methods, including PMO planning
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across various seniority levels
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely
• Capability to work at pace and think independently
• Programme/Project Management qualification
• Experience in delivery planning and knowledge of budgeting principles
• Familiarity with IAM or Cybersecurity environments
• Proficiency in creating tailored content for diverse audiences
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience using SharePoint and Confluence for content management
• Hands-on resource management experience.
• Experience interfacing across multiple teams to drive collaboration, achieve excellence, fostering relationships
