As a DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the financial sector. The client specializes in providing innovative solutions to enhance digital resilience across the European financial market. Your role involves ensuring compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), which aims to strengthen IT security for financial entities, including banks, insurance companies, and investment firms. You’ll play a critical role in safeguarding the financial sector against operational disruptions caused by cyber risks.

Your main responsibilities: Develop and implement an effective ICT risk management framework, ensuring compliance with DORA requirements

• Monitor and assess third-party providers’ performance, focusing on critical ICT services
• Handle and report major ICT-related incidents promptly to competent authorities
• Conduct basic and advanced testing to validate digital operational resilience
• Collaborate with industry stakeholders to exchange intelligence on cyber threats
• Ensure adherence to DORA principles and requirements within the organization

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in DORA implementation
• Familiarity with the Digital Operational Resilience Act and its implications for financial entities
• Proven experience in handling and reporting ICT-related incidents
• Understanding of cyber risks and best practices for mitigating them
• Knowledge of IT general control frameworks and risk management principles
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Thrive in a dynamic regulatory environment
