Ferryt Configuration Specialist

As a Ferryt Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking. Your role will involve configuring and maintaining the Ferryt platform, liaising with the platform provider, analyzing logs to identify issues, coordinating new platform deployments, prioritizing requests, providing technical support to development teams, planning release cycles, managing regression tests, and conducting technical reviews of solutions provided by the provider.

Your main responsibilities: Communicating with the platform provider to resolve issues

• Analyzing logs and identifying discrepancies in development environments
• Coordinating the deployment of new platform versions
• Prioritizing support requests
• Providing technical support to development teams for platform implementation
• Planning release cycles for development requests
• Managing regression tests in development teams
• Conducting technical and substantive reviews of solutions provided by the provider

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in configuring the Ferryt platform
• Practical experience with SQL databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
• Knowledge of Ferryt platform database tables and relationships
• Independence and strong communication skills
• Assertiveness and creativity in approaching daily tasks
• Effective time management skills
