As a Fullstack Developer, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking and financial services, on a pioneering Forecasting Transformation project within Finance IT. This project aims to enhance delivery capabilities with a new development center in Poland, focusing on cutting-edge cloud technologies. Your role involves establishing a highly motivated team aligned with engineering excellence standards, driving innovation in cloud analytical framework development.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead high-complexity projects, conducting feasibility studies and initiating new business requirements
• Provide technical analysis and solutions, ensuring alignment with business technology strategies
• Gather and document user requirements, translating them into executable artifacts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Clarify user requirements, conduct system testing, and prepare test plans and cases
• Design, code, and debug modernized applications for scalable and secure cloud-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Developing and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-based solutions utilizing either open sourced technologies or cloud native service

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 7+ years of commercial experience in developing software for large-scale systems (Java/Spring or Python)
• Good experience in cloud-native technologies, preferably on GCP
• Front End development experience, particularly in Miro or React
• Deep understanding of microservice design patterns and coding-level design patterns
• Strong experience in multiple languages and technologies, including Python Flask/Django/Tornado , Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Apache Beam, Spark/Flink and more
• Experience in Apache Airflow (or GCP Composer) and microservice security patterns
• Familiarity with web technologies like RESTful API design pattern and middleware technologies
• Proficiency in DevSecOps and developing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience of SOLID coding principle and proven experience of applying clean code  principle into daily development work
• Deep understanding of quality principles and automation testing frameworks

It is a strong plus if you have:

• GCP certifications or contributions to engineering communities
• Certifications in architecture or programming
• Knowledge of K8s, Kafka, Kong Gateway, or equivalent technologies
