Warsaw-based opportunity to work in hybrid model
As a HR Specialist, you will support the bank’s Ukrainian employees relocating to Poland as part of a special project (Aquila). Provide comprehensive relocation assistance, including accommodation, administrative support, and immigration-related tasks.
Your main responsibilities: Coordinate accommodation arrangements, handle inquiries, and provide support to relocating employees throughout their stay in Poland
- Manage documentation, data entry, and reporting related to relocation processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, HR, and external vendors, resolving inquiries and escalations promptly
- Oversee invoice processing, expense tracking, and reporting
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in Excel and data management
- Fluency in Ukrainian, Polish, and English
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
