IAM Azure Technical Lead

As an IAM Azure Technical Lead, you will be working for our client, a prominent financial institution. Your primary mission is to lead and manage a critical data collection process that gathers user account information and permissions across multiple Azure tenants. This process is essential for compliance and security, and you will play a key role in ensuring its efficient execution and adherence to organizational policies.

Your main responsibilities: taking ownership and leading the execution of the data collection process for user account information and permissions across Azure tenants

• Ensuring that the data collected is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Utilizing PowerShell scripting to develop and maintain automation scripts for data collection and processing
• Being the subject matter expert in Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) to drive process improvements and maintain best practices
• Managing multiple Azure tenants and ensuring consistent execution of the data collection process
• Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of the collected data and taking corrective actions as necessary
• Implementing, monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect and address issues with the data collection process
• Maintaining detailed documentation of processes, scripts, and configurations for future reference and audits
• Collaborating with other IT teams and departments to ensure a seamless data collection process
• Generating reports and providing necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements
• Continuously identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) and related technologies
• Strong experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and process optimization
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and experience in compliance management within Azure environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of processes and configurations
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certification in Azure or related technologies
• Experience with cloud security and identity management
• Knowledge of best practices in Azure environment monitoring and alerting
• Familiarity with DevOps practices in Azure
• Experience in leading technical teams and projects
• Familiarity with industry-standard compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
• Experience with scripting in other languages
• Strong project management skills
