As an IAM Azure Technical Lead, you will be working for our client, a prominent financial institution. Your primary mission is to lead and manage a critical data collection process that gathers user account information and permissions across multiple Azure tenants. This process is essential for compliance and security, and you will play a key role in ensuring its efficient execution and adherence to organizational policies.
Your main responsibilities: taking ownership and leading the execution of the data collection process for user account information and permissions across Azure tenants
- Ensuring that the data collected is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Utilizing PowerShell scripting to develop and maintain automation scripts for data collection and processing
- Being the subject matter expert in Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) to drive process improvements and maintain best practices
- Managing multiple Azure tenants and ensuring consistent execution of the data collection process
- Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of the collected data and taking corrective actions as necessary
- Implementing, monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect and address issues with the data collection process
- Maintaining detailed documentation of processes, scripts, and configurations for future reference and audits
- Collaborating with other IT teams and departments to ensure a seamless data collection process
- Generating reports and providing necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements
- Continuously identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Proven experience in Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) and related technologies
- Strong experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and process optimization
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and experience in compliance management within Azure environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of processes and configurations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members
- Fluent English
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certification in Azure or related technologies
- Experience with cloud security and identity management
- Knowledge of best practices in Azure environment monitoring and alerting
- Familiarity with DevOps practices in Azure
- Experience in leading technical teams and projects
- Familiarity with industry-standard compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with scripting in other languages
- Strong project management skills
