As an IT Project Manager for the DIVA Team, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution. Collaborating within the DIVA Team, your focus will be on managing Digital Identity Verification Service activation projects for our client’s markets, ensuring smooth customer onboarding journeys. This dynamic role involves engaging with stakeholders, progressing IT Governance, and tracking project progress.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage Digital Identity Verification Service activation projects for our client’s markets
• Progress IT Governance required for service activation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met
• Track project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage Risks and Issues, introducing mitigation actions
• Work closely with the Product Team and Scrum Masters to handle customer requirements and change requests promptly
• Handle customer support requests and other business-as-usual activities

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Familiarization with IT and cloud infrastructure concepts
• Proven track record of IT delivery within a Digital environment, with experience in complex structures considered an advantage
• Stakeholder management experience
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to conclusion
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in complex structure environments
• Familiarity with IT and cloud infrastructure concepts
• Proactive attitude to go beyond the role scope and drive initiatives forward
