Warsaw-based opportunity to work in hybrid model

As a Perl/Shell Developer, you will work for our client, one of the world’s leading investment banks. You’ll join their Core Engineering group and play a critical role in developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable solutions for their Risk Remediation platform. You’ll collaborate with a talented team focused on building cutting-edge solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy within their risk management framework.

Your main responsibilities: Write, test, and debug scripts to automate various processes and tasks

• Collaborate with teams to identify areas for automation and implement solutions
• Interact with databases such as DB2, Sybase/Sybase IQ, and MongoDB to retrieve and process data
• Contribute to the automation of build and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines
• Work effectively in a Unix/Linux environment

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong programming skills in Perl or Shell
• Experience in scripting development, testing, and debugging
• Familiarity with databases and data management concepts
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
