Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, within the 1LoD Cybersecurity Risk and Controls Strategy (CRCS) team. You will oversee project delivery, implement Agile practices, and ensure alignment with Cybersecurity control frameworks and industry best practices.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing team administration and supporting the recruitment process
• Overseeing project governance, reporting, and escalation procedures
• Collaborating on the definition of CD&O Target Operating Model
• Driving continuous improvement using Agile/Lean methods and coaching team members
• Guiding the team in building and delivering project outcomes
• Making recommendations to influence decision-making for progress and benefits realization
• Ensuring alignment and communication with stakeholders, including Group CISO and Cybersecurity Leadership
• Chairing internal meetings and governance forums
• Updating team procedures and Confluence pages
• Updating RAID and JIRA
• Managing relations with Third Parties

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Exceptional project management skills with expertise in Agile methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior stakeholders
• Expertise in risk and control management, particularly in technology
• Technical background with knowledge of Cybersecurity and proficiency in metrics management (KCIs, KRIs, KPIs)
• Strong people management skills, including mentoring, coaching, and talent management
• Experience in fast-paced corporate environments with the ability to handle Cybersecurity issues at scale
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
• Technical writing skills and fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with GRC tools
• Background in Business/Data analysis
