As a SAP Success Factors Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading consultancy firm specializing in digital transformation projects. You will lead a team in implementing SAP Success Factors for a key client based in Düsseldorf, ensuring the seamless digitalization of their bonus processes while adhering to existing operational agreements.

Your main responsibilities: Conducting a thorough analysis of the current operational agreement

• Developing a comprehensive concept for the implementation of SAP Success Factors
• Ensuring the successful digital representation of the bonus process

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Several years of experience in consulting and implementing SAP Success Factors
• Relevant expertise in the Performance and Goals & Compensation modules
• Proven experience in adapting processes during system implementation
• Previous experience as a project manager in the same domain
