ScrumMaster

Lead and develop the scrum team in one of the biggest banks in Poland!

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month). 

As a Scrum Master, you will join a strategic initiative to develop Scrum for our client, an innovation leader among Polish financial institutions, providing a full range of modern financial services for individuals and companies.

Your main responsibilities: Conducting internal training with Scrum, Kanban or other as needed

• Support for a specific team(s)
• Organization support (directors, managers, business representatives, scrum masters, developers)
• Supporting Scrum Masters in general by sharing knowledge and experience
• Creating formal guidelines and good practices for product and operational work

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Past experience in number of 2 years as a Scrum Master
• Working with at least 3 different teams at the same time
• You have at least one of the following certifications: o PSM I or higher (Professional Scrum Master by Scrum.org), PSPO I (Professional Scrum Product Owner by Scum.org) o CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner by ScrumAlliance) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master by ScrumAlliance) KMP I (Kanban University) Management 3.0
• Good knowledge of such tools as Jira, and Confluence
• You have knowledge of good engineering practices
