As a Senior C++ Developer, you will be part of the Curve Rationalization Team, which is responsible for creating live and end-of-day swap curves worldwide for one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, serving +40 million customers globally.

Your main responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing internal tools
• Migrating and enriching the financial library unit testing
• Developing the existing live and end-of-day projects
• Approaching technical challenges with an open-minded attitude to cooperation
• Taking the initiative to improve the effectiveness of projects

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Solid experience with C++ 11 with STL
• Scripting experience, e.g. Python, Powershell, batch files, etc.
• Knowledge of component-based, object-oriented software design
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Concurrency (threading, etc)
  • Multi-process distributions
  • Message-based systems, i.e. publishing and subscribing to messages over a 3 rd party network architecture
  • Git repository
• Basic experience in creating tools with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, such as software monitoring tools, regression test tools
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working on large-scale solutions (100+ projects)
• Knowledge of:
  • Visual  Studio
  • Java
  • Boost
  • Any C++ test frameworks (team uses Google Test)
  • Any Linux and C++ compatibility between Windows and Linux
  • SQL Server database queries
  • KDB basics
  • Any continuous integration experience (team uses Jenkins)
