Seeking a Tech Maverick for Exciting Microsoft 365 Projects!

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer, you will be working for our client, a dynamic technology solutions provider, on innovative projects harnessing the power of Microsoft 365 technologies. You’ll play a vital role in developing solutions within this environment, focusing on platforms like SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, Power Platform, Power Virtual Agents, and other Microsoft services. Your expertise will drive the creation of efficient and impactful solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various systems.

Your main responsibilities: Develop standard and custom connectors in MS Search to index Corporate Knowledge stored in diverse systems

• Create, test, launch, and maintain AI/Bots using MS Search, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Power Virtual Agents
• Plan and lead activities from requirements gathering to delivery, ensuring adherence to internal processes and customer expectations
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers
• Manage project timelines, risks, and outcomes effectively
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft technologies

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 tools and environment
• Proficiency with SPFx framework
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and .NET
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Certification in Microsoft technologies preferred
• Experience with Power Apps and Copilot Studio (former Power Virtual Agents) is a plus
