As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Senior Developer, you will be working for our client, a globally recognized banking and financial services organization with operations spanning across numerous countries. As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in extending and customizing Dynamics 365 CE to meet the evolving needs of our business operations. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive market.

Your main responsibilities:

• Extend Dynamics 365 CE with Plug-ins and Workflow Custom Activities using C#
• Extend Dynamics 365 CE with JavaScript and WebAPI
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365/CE using Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
• Document User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Prepare Solutions and Builds using Microsoft Azure DevOps for deployments and releases
• Participate in requirements workshops, offering innovative solutions and conducting demos and presentations
• Provide Production Support, resolving bugs, managing user queries, and ensuring system stability

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE with Plug-Ins using C# and quantifying business benefits
• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE with JavaScript and quantifying business benefits
• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE with Web APIs and quantifying business benefits
• Proven experience in Customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE using Power Platform and quantifying business benefits
• Thorough understanding of DevOps model – CI/CD, Pipelines, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach
• Ability to work independently and handle both front and back-end development, system testing, and production support
• Confident communication skills for engaging with various business stakeholders

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Exposure to Financial Services
• Understanding of Agile, Sprint, Scrum, Kanban principles
• 8+ Years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer
