As a Senior PMO in Technology Transformation Programme, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, spearheading a critical technology transformation project. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project delivery by overseeing project governance, processes, and documentation across various delivery teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Enforcing program and project management methodologies, processes, and standards
• Monitoring project compliance with governance requirements and addressing deviations or risks
• Maintaining and consolidating migration statistics and supporting data analysis
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand objectives, expectations, and priorities
• Maintaining program plans and monitoring progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project status, milestones achieved, and budget utilization
• Identifying, assessing, and tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans
• Enforcing quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards
• Conducting regular project audits and reviews, implementing corrective actions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking industry and technology transformation programs
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies
