As a Senior Workforce Analytics Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, specializing in banking technology. You will help shape the future of their workforce management by leveraging advanced data analytics to deliver actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven narratives for management meetings and senior leadership sessions.
• Support the PBAM Operations Manager in designing analytics to optimize workforce location, shape, and size within the CIO Organization.
• Provide strategic workforce planning inputs across GCIO functions, aligning insights with broader bank-wide strategies.
• Visualize workforce trends, patterns, and insights using tools such as DataStudio, PowerPoint, and Excel to inform decisions on diversity, attrition, and contractor management.
• Drive operational efficiencies through data-driven insights, coordinating with tech leads and operations managers.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within PBAM COO team for data frameworks, applications, and dashboards, ensuring insights align with organizational strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance workforce data quality, processes, and analytical capabilities.
• Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and external market conditions affecting workforce management.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Extensive experience (>7 years) in enterprise-scale analytics and insights development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities with proven results in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, DataStudio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of technology workforce management within banking or financial institutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Previous experience working within HSBC or similar banking environments.
