As a Solution Delivery Design Section Head, you will be working for our client, a prominent financial institution in Saudi Arabia. This position requires a partial relocation to Saudi Arabia. You will become responsible for defining creative strategy and vision of the best way of delivering and designing the banks Customer Oriented Solutions. You will also contribute to the design, conception, and development of the deliverables and experience principals!

Your main responsibilities: Manage the area of AA Solution Delivery Design Section activities

• Work closely with the other heads within the CoE sections to ensure alignment and complementarity on the delivery
• Create prototypes, stories, and storyboards
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Find creative ways to solve design problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Define the right outputs and evaluate its success
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
• Create and edit visual content including maps, charts, and graphs
• Transform data sets, and quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals
• Provide visual, technical, and editorial guidance

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science of Information Technology or similar field
• Experience as a Solution Architect, UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Great communication skills
• Managerial skills
• Design thinking
• Understanding of interaction design principles
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Background in project management and research
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Fluent English
