System Administrator

Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model.

As a System Administrator, you will be working for our client, leader in online banking. Your responsibilities will revolve around maintaining and managing the entire video conferencing environment based on Cisco technology. This includes conducting regular inspections of conference rooms, addressing reported issues, and providing end-user support for conference setups, including VIP users. Additionally, you will be responsible for new system installations and upgrades, with a significant portion of the work based in Warsaw, but with regular delegations to Łódź.

Your main responsibilities: Overseeing the entire VC environment based on Cisco technology

• Conducting inspections of conference rooms
• Resolving reported issues and providing end-user support for conference setups, including VIP users
• Installing new VC systems and performing system upgrades

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Preferably a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in video conferencing systems
• Communicative level of English (both spoken and written)
• Professional knowledge of system software and hardware tools, operating systems, databases, SAN, and applications used in financial institutions
• Basic proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, communication, and stress resilience
